Shipping policy

We currently only ship to states within the United States of America, we are working on shipping worldwide in the future, so hold on tight!

We offer free shipping statewide and shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. 

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, our warehouses are experiencing difficulties reaching us! However, we do our best to send your packages as soon as we can and to be within reach of our support team throughout this process.

    • What are the shipping options?
      • Standard shipping fees apply at USD $9.99 on your entire order.
    • What are the taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
      • As we are only shipping to the US, we have calculated taxes and are included in your purchase amount.
    • When will I receive my order?
      • Dear customers due to COVID-19 shipping time may be delayed. During this time, shipping times range from 15-30 days.
    • What do I do if I never received my order?
      • Contact support at worldathletesofficial@gmail.com with your full name, tracking number and order number if applicable.
    • What do I do if I received a defective order? What is the return policy?
    • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
      • Order changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, please contact our team at worldathletesofficial@gmail.com for assistance.
    • I received one part of my order, but not the orders, what do I do?
      • Sometimes, one of your items may be out of stock, we have warehouses in different countries and the warehouse with the available item stock for your order will ship to you and hence, you may receive your order separately. 
    • Where are you located?
      • Currently, we operate as an online store and do not have a physical store for pick ups and deliveries.
    • How do I make sure I order the right size?
